Wentz Run Park and Recreation Activities
Full Description:
1000 Anvil Lane - directly behind Whitpain Township Admin. Building A multi-purpose family park opened to the public in April of 1995. This park has become the focal point of many special events and activities as well as the home for our Township youth athletic programs and adult softball league. A fully equipped concession stand and picnic pavilion are open from April through October. Other amenities at Wentz Run Park include a Gazebo, 4 Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball Court, 2 Soccer Fields, 3 Baseball Fields, Playgrounds age 3-12, Picnic Pavilion, Multipurpose Athletic Field, 2 Horseshoe Pits, 1.75 mile exercise trail and a Concession Stand.
